BH Outreach Ranch of Texas (BHR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting women, children, and veterans who have endured abuse, trauma, and PTSD. Through our integrated approach to healing, we provide animal-assisted therapy (AAT) and a safe haven for both people and animals. Our ranch also serves as a sanctuary for animals at risk, giving a second chance to strays, abused animals, and those in their later years. Founded by a team deeply committed to making a difference, our mission is driven by personal experiences of overcoming abuse and trauma and a belief in the powerful bond between humans and animals. As a non-profit, we proudly offer these transformative services at little to no cost, ensuring they remain accessible to those in need.
